All prices are shown in US $ and subject to change without notice. Shipping charges are additional. Prices shown are F.O.B. Roseville, CA 95678. There is a 25% restocking charge on all returned merchandise. Products may not be returned without prior authorization and a RGA number. A RGA number is essential and may be obtained from the order desk. Special order any size of Add-It® or Green Machine Pro® fertilizer injector. Prices on request. All orders for special injectors are non-cancellable and final! Special order injectors cannot be returned for credit or refund under any circumstance.
Claims for defective merchandise MUST be made within thirty (30) days from receipt of goods. Claims for damaged goods should be made directly with the freight carrier, NOT the factory. Hold damaged goods in the original containers until they have been inspected by carrier.
Trade discounts are available to commercial growers and landscape contractors.
Basic Commercial Warranty
Products manufactured by Strong Enterprises™ are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship when properly installed and under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of delivery.
Within the warranty and upon due notice and delivery of the defective part to Strong Enterprises™, Strong Enterprises™ agrees to repair, if repairable; replace a part or all of, or refund a part or all of the original purchase price of any product or part of a product which Strong Enterprises™ finds to be defective as a result of defects in material and /or workmanship. The option to repair, replace or pay a refund shall be exercised solely in the manner determined by Strong Enterprises™. In no event, however, shall Strong Enterprises™ be liable for payment of any charges or expenses other than the cost of performing its obligation to repair, replace or pay a refund in accordance with this Basic Commercial Warranty. Strong Enterprises™’ liability is limited solely to the original cost of the part.
MISUSE, NEGLECT, OR UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS SHALL VOID THIS WARRANTY. Strong Enterprises™ is NOT liable for damage or loss occurring during shipment. Responsibility for safe delivery is assumed by the freight carrier at the time of shipment. Claims for such damage must be filed with the freight carrier, NOT with Strong Enterprises™.
This basic commercial warranty constitutes the exclusive warranty made by Strong Enterprises™ for all of the products it manufactures, and is in lieu of and to the exclusion of any other warranties. No implied warranties of any nature whatsoever expressly including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular use, are made by Strong Enterprises™ with regard to such products.
Strong Enterprises™ shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature. The sole liability of Strong Enterprises™ shall be for the repair or replacement of defective part(s) or refund of part(s) or the entire original price therefore pursuant to this warranty.
No agent or representative has the authority to waive or alter this printed warranty. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Any claim under this warranty must be made by written notice delivered to Strong Enterprises™. Such notice of claim must be postmarked not later than thirty (30) days after the discovery of the defect on which the claim is based. All defective products and/or parts must be retained and delivered to Strong Enterprises™ in accordance with the written instructions which Strong Enterprises™ shall issue after receipt by Strong Enterprises™ of the notice of claim. Strong Enterprises™ represents that it will respond promptly to all warranty claims. Strong Enterprises™ reserves the right to redesign or modify its product.
